The Yoga that we denote here is “Hatha Yoga”. This is one of the branches of “Raja Yoga”.

We have adopted the theory of Five points of Yoga , conceptualized by Swami Vishnudevanantha.
Proper Exercise – Asanas
Proper Breathing – Pranayama
Proper Relaxation – Savasana
Proper Diet – Right Nutritious food
Positive thinking and Meditation - Dhyana

Proper Exercise
Lubricates muscles, ligaments, tendons and joints etc. by increasing circulation and flexibility.

Proper Breathing
Tremendous potential energy is stored Solar plexus. Proper breathing (Pranayama) helps to release this energy for physical and mental usage.

Proper Relaxation
It is like a radiator of an automobile. Cools down the system. Proper relaxation is the means to recharge the body.

Proper Diet
It is the fuel for body. Right amount of mix of food, air, water and sunlight is inevitable.

Positive Thinking
Positive thinking increases not only the mental power but also the physical energy. On the other hand, negative thinking and mode drains out the energy of mind and body. Meditation in Yoga is meant to concentrate the mind and thereby achieve focus.
