Course levels

Beginners (2 months program. This is the basic course)

Intermediate (2 months program for those who have completed beginners’ program. The practitioner progresses to next level of Asanas)

Regular Those who have completed beginners’ or intermediate program can opt this



Types of classes

Group Class The intake for each batch would be no more than 15. This is to ensure individual attention to each aspirant.

Individual Class Available between 10.00 am to 03.00 pm at our centre or at a place convenient to the aspirant. Please contact us for further details. For Organizations & Groups of individuals

For Organizations & Groups of individuals Classes will be conducted at the work-place or at our centre as per the convenience of the Organization/Aspirants. You are welcome to contact us for time, number of sessions, duration of class etc.

Yoga Retreat This is with an objective to refresh and revitalize your body and mind by taking few days off from your busy life. We will take you to a natural location and you will practice Yoga in nature’s lap. Up to four Yoga Retreats shall be done in a year. You are welcome to register your interest by calling or writing to us.
